NBA fans are trolling Walter ‘Clyde’ Frazier for his recent remarks on Devin Booker during the Knicks game. Clyde stated that Booker gained his fame, not through his basketball, but because of his relationship with the Kardashians.
Booker was in a high-profile relationship with Kendall Jenner for a few years. For most of their time together, the two were an on-again, off-again item. The relationship definitely did boost Booker’s popularity outside of basketball, but still, fans felt that Clyde did the hooper dirty when he announced that the hooper was only famous because of his ex-girlfriend.
“Clyde on Devin Booker (crying emoji) ‘He’s definitely an elite scorer, but his real fame though is Kardashian fame.’” Brick Center tweeted.

“Only teenage girls associate him with the Kardashians lol,” one fan joked.
“Nah, this is disrespect…D book is a certified bucket (bucket emoji, basketball emoji)” one fan stated.
“What a strange thing to say on live television,” one more fan added.

It looks like most NBA fans are pretty peeved at Clyde’s remarks on Booker, especially since the man has managed to create a legacy of his own in the league. Booker became the team’s all-time leading scorer last year and even took Phoenix to the finals during the 2021 season.
NBA Fans Continue To Troll Clyde For Comments On Devin Booker
Meanwhile, more and more NBA fans have been calling out Clyde Frazier for his comments on Devin Booker. Some are joking that the man has become too old for the job, which leads him to say some wild things online.
“Take the mic away. Seriously,” one fan said.

“Clyde sounds a little jelly,” one more fan added.
“He’s old let’s go easy on him,” another fan remarked.

Despite Clyde’s mockery of his fame, Devin Booker and the Suns managed to dominate the Knicks, and that too, pretty easily. Booker was, of course, the lead scorer for Phoenix, with 27 on the board, while Grayson Allen added another 16.
With Booker at the steering wheel, the Suns are currently seventh with 25 wins in the campaign. Of course, the team is nowhere at the lead like the OKC, but time will tell if they do manage to make it to the finals once more.
