Draymond Green had NBA fans buzzing after his on‑court interaction with Brooklyn Nets superfan Mr. Whammy.
During Golden State’s 120‑107 win, Green exchanged words with the 89‑year‑old while taking free throws, even shouting: “Sit your old a* down!”* before draining his shots.
For NBA fans, it was classic Draymond.

@DuckzSzn warned Mr. Whammy and added, “Whammy better chill before he gets the Jordan Poole treatment.”
And @JigarBdDesaiBjp admired Green’s antics, saying, “Draymond cooking an 89-year-old legend. ‘Sit your old ass down!’ iis wild, but Mr. Whammy been dishing it for decades—he can take it. Peak NBA trash talk.”
The Warriors bounced back from their loss to Toronto, with Green and his antics stealing the spotlight.
“Immediately books his next suspension”: NBA fans react to Draymond Green flipping Scottie Barnes off
While his interaction with Mr. Whammy came off as friendly banter, Draymond Green’s antics against the Toronto Raptors the other night had NBA fans seeing the real him.
In the third quarter of their encounter, Green showed his fiery side after sinking a three in the third quarter and flipped Scottie Barnes off as he felt disrespected when Barnes turned his back on his shot.

While it was uite odd, NBA fans saw it as typical Draymond behavior.

@modernselfgth added, “That’s Draymond in playoff mode even in regular season.”
And @ENVY206 wished to see more like this: “This is the nba we need.”
Despite the Warriors’ 141‑127 loss, Green proved his shooting shouldn’t be overlooked, hitting 4 of 8 from deep.
For NBA fans, whether it’s trash talk with Mr. Whammy or flipping off Scottie Barnes, Draymond Green remains one of the league’s most unpredictable entertainers.
