NBA fans are reacting hilariously to Kiyan Anthony’s college basketball debut after joining the Syracuse Orange. A picture of Anthony has been going viral which also shows his mom, Lala Anthony, proudly watching from the sidelines.

Despite all the mockery about his looks in the comments, Kiyan Anthony was pretty spectacular in his first game, chalking up 15 points for Syracuse. Syracuse eventually managed to dominate Binghamton with an incredible final score, kicking off their season on a pretty positive note.

“Lala Anthony sitting courtside for Kiyan’s first college game (raising hands emoji, red heart emoji)” Bleacher Report tweeted.

“Why he look like squidward” one fan commented on Kiyan Anthony’s looks.

“Bro got his dads nose for sure lol” another fan reacted.

“Why he look like Ja?” one more fan said.

Regardless of his looks, Kiyan Anthony managed to make an incredible debut in his college basketball career. Fans everywhere are hoping that Kiyan manages to show a strong resemblance to his father, who is known as a legend in the game.

NBA Fans Love Seeing Carmelo Anthony’s Son Make His Debut

NBA fans are definitely loving seeing the Anthony family continue their legacy with Kiyan’s debut. While some are praising Lala for continuing to show up for her son, others are surprised at just how fast time flies and how fast Kiyan has grown up to become a pro baller.

“It doesn’t seem possible that Melo’s kid is playing. It seems like yesterday Melo was a freshman at Syracuse, leading them to the title in his only college season. I mean, I can’t be this old (smiling face with open mouth)” one fan said.

“Man time flies. I was just in middle school Melo high school profile on the draft boards cuz we ain’t have high school mixtapes yet.” another fan reacted.

“The Anthony legacy continues! Excited to see Kiyan’s impact on the court. Any highlights?” another fan commented.

Lala Anthony herself has been a super-proud mother of Kiyan, even after she split from Carmelo Anthony. Despite the two splitting up after a decade of being married, Carmelo and Lala have done a brilliant job of co-parenting their children.

Kiyan Anthony and the Long Island Luthern Crusaders defeated Westminster Academy earlier in the day. NBA Fans

While many were super-happy to see Carmelo Anthony’s son make his college basketball debut, still others pointed out his mother’s looks. While Lala Anthony indeed looks pretty stunning, it is obvious that she has undergone several cosmetic procedures, which fans are not letting her forget. At the same time, many fans were heaping praise on Lala’s incredible looks, even when she was in her 40s.
